Jeffrey Gitomer is a creative writer and speaker whose expertise is on sales, customer loyalty and personal development. He is an American born businessman, author and a business coach based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended school from Temple University but he did not graduate and instead he studied languages at the Goethe Institute in Berlin.
Jeffrey Gitomer has written several books, that includes The Sales Bible, which has sold more than 150,000 copies and was named as one of “The Ten Books Every Salesperson Should Own and Read” by the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Program. His other book, The Little Red Book of Selling that includes Jeffrey’s 12.5 Principles of Sales Greatness and strategies and answers from a lifetime of selling that will teach you how to make sales forever. It also gives you the opportunity to understand why sales happen and by mastering his elements that he teaches, he’ll help you make sales happen for yourself forever. Aside from his books, he also presents seminars and training programs on sales and customer service. He is also the founder and president of TrainOne, Inc., which provides online sales training.
