And in 72 hours I will buy an excellent piece of real estate using none of my own money.”  With a reporter following his the whole way Allen was flown to San Francisco, and in 57 hours had purchased 7 properties worth $772,000 using none of his own money.

Allen became disgruntled when despite this proof an interviewer suggested the system would only work for him, and not the ‘average viewer’.  To further prove his point he went to St Louis, plucked a couple out of an unemployment queue and taught them how to buy, fix up and sell a property in 90 days.  The couple made $5000 in profits, but were able to apply what they learned to earn over $100,000 in the next year.

While these proofs are impressive, the accusations of staging them and of his system not working have always followed Allen, and his focus on marketing the system rather than following it himself is often commented on.
