Russ Dalbey
Russ Dalbey is very well known in real estate circles, and has made himself well known via a series of infomercials fronted by celebrity figure Gary Collins to promote his course “Winning in the Cash Flow Business”. Dalbey’s course tells people about how to find ‘Cash Flow Notes’ or private financing deals, then to value these notes and find people who are ready and willing to invest in them. The system is based on a sound method of making money.
However, having said that there are numerous complaints about the course being overly complicated, the leads provided with it being overused and recycled, the up-sells to be over the top and the ability to get a refund very difficult. Taken individually each of these things are very serious, but together they provide anyone researching an investment in this program with a very negative opinion of the course.
It seems that while the program is a workable way of making money, it does involve a very steep learning curve, and those that are making money with it already had many of the pieces in place before purchasing the course. A more serious accusation is that Russ takes any leads entered into his website to broker the deals himself, rather than storing them as promised. Combined these provide you with more than enough reasons to tread very carefully when dealing with Russ Dalbey and his “Winning in the Cash Flow Business” package.
