Despite the strong initial start, problems soon began to appear.  One of the main focuses of the package was to earn money by promoting the package, much like a Ponzi scheme.  The market became flooded by people who were all promoting what was essentially the same product through identical websites.  As saturation point was reached and passed, the program made a shift towards up-selling itself, first with the website and then with coaching courses selling between $1000-$5000.  Many people paid this in the hope of getting a return in their initial investment.

Finally Clickbank pulled the plug on the Ultimate Wealth Package due to the ever increasing number of complaints.  At this stage Mark Warren seemed to disappear off the face of the earth, leaving thousands of people with a useless product at best, or several thousand dollars of unrecoverable debt from coaching courses at worst.
